Bible Toolbox by Authentic Walk Ministries

How A Coupon Can Improve Your Love Life

Dear Christian Married Friend,

First, I want to sincerely thank you for your overwhelming
(and humbling) response and support of our site and
ministry over the past few weeks. Your emails, blog
comments, thoughts and prayers have given us the energy we
needed in our goal of making ChristianSexFacts.com more
responsive, interactive and valuable as a resource to all
Christian married couples.

As you may know, for the past few weeks, we have been
offering our subscribers, basically, our entire collection
of Christian marriage and better sex resources, which is
now titled, "The Keys To Better Sex In Christian Marriage,"
for only $37.00!

This collection of EIGHTEEN different resources, in both
text and audio formats, is the result of over a decade's
worth of our work. Purchased individually, these resources
would cost over $500.00. Going forward, this package will
be offered through our marketing affiliates, at a suggested
price of $199.00.

This Package Includes All Of The Following:

-Premature No More

-How To Work Through Anger & Resentment In Your Marriage

-Audio Outline of the entire "Keys To Better Sex In
Christian Marriage"

Why were we offering ALL of our resources for such a low
price?

Frankly, this year has been a rough one for us and,
additionally, we needed even MORE money to cover the
expenses related to our recent site upgrades (hundreds of
man hours).

We hoped that THIS offer would be so OBVIOUSLY valuable
that it would generate enough sales to cover these new and
unexpected expenses.

Thankfully, so many of you DID see the value in this
special offer that we are, almost, "out of the woods" and
have covered most of these expenses incurred over the past
few weeks. So, we will be bringing this offer to a close in
the very near future.

But before we do, we wanted to give you one more chance to
get ALL of our resources for the price of any one, at any
other time.

If you use the following coupon code (below), only offered
to our subscribers, you can order through our standard
order page and you will save $162.00! If you enter this
coupon in the appropriate section of the shopping cart
page, you will get the exact same package that everyone
else will pay $199.00 for...for only $37.00!

Please do this before the coupon expires.

***To ensure that you get this discount, order ONLY through
the "Try Now Risk Free" button at the top of the following
page:

http://www.christiansexfacts.com/blg/keys_included.html

Ordering through any other page/link/button might not
activate your discount. Don't worry that it says it is
$199.00 on this page, the coupon will change that for you
on the next page.

On the next page,Enter "ALLFOR37" (without the quotes) in
the "coupon code"box and hit "apply." This will apply your
$162.00 discount immediately!

Sincerely,

Robert & Susan Irwin

The Calling of A Sinner

The Calling of A Sinner

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bible Verses ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mark 2:14 And as He passed by, He saw Levi the son of
Alphaeus sitting at the tax office, and He said to him, Follow
Me. And he rose and followed Him.
John 10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they
follow Me ; 28 And I give to them eternal life, and they
shall by no means perish forever, and no one shall snatch them
out of My hand.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Words of Ministry ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The tax office was a toll house, where tax was collected for
the Roman government. Levi, also known as Matthew, was one of
the tax collectors, probably one in a high position (Matt.
10:3). The tax collectors were condemned, despised, and
abhorred by the Jews. Most of these tax collectors abused
their office by demanding more than they should by false
accusation. To pay taxes to the Roman government was very
bitter to the Jews. Hence, they were classed with sinners
(Mark 2:16). Even though Matthew was a tax collector, he was
called by the Slave-Savior and later chosen and appointed as
one of the twelve apostles (3:18). What mercy!

The record of the calling of Matthew is very simple. He was a
tax collector, one who was considered a traitor by the Jews
because he helped the Roman imperialists. In the New Testament
these tax collectors were classified with prostitutes.
Nevertheless, such a person as Matthew was called by the
Slave-Savior. The Lord simply said to him, "Follow Me!" We are
told that Matthew rose and followed Him. According to the
record here, it seems that this was the first time the Lord
met Matthew. There must have been some attracting power with
the Lord, either in His word or appearance, that caused
Matthew to follow Him.

To follow the Lord includes believing in Him. No one follows
Him unless he believes in Him. To believe in the Lord is to be
saved (Acts 16:31), and to follow Him is to enter the narrow
gate and walk the constricted way (Matt. 7:13-14).

Mustard Seed Thoughts: Storm Thoughts 5

ChristWeb.com : Mustard Seed Thoughts
Storm Thoughts 5
By: Ron Edmondson Mustard Seed Thoughts
He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, "Quiet! Be still!" Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. Mark 4:39 NIV

Just like thatstorm over!

How many times have I underestimated the power and majesty of my Creator? How many times have I tried to do something in my own strength only to realize that His touch is really all I needed? How often do I struggle alone while He is waiting for me to allow Him to take over the situation?

Regardless of your struggle, no matter how hard things may seem for you right now, in spite of your perspective that things are impossible, the solution to your problem may be as simple as a Quiet, be still. One word from Jesus and it could all be over. One touch of the Master and your troubles could be solved.

Consider this question: What if your biggest problems are really just an easy fix for Him, but you have never trusted Him enough to work His will? Sometimes we underestimate Hi s power and His love. Sometimes He has the solution, but we are too busy trying to find it without Him that we never get to His solution for us. James wrote in the Bible, You dont have because you dont ask. Could that be your problem today?

What are you facing today that is bigger than you? Is it time for a conversation with the One who holds the answers?

Morning & Evening -- Daniel 5:27 and 2 Timothy 1:9

-/\/\-----------------------------------------------------------------
\ / Charles Spurgeon's MORNING & EVENING http://www.heartlight.org/
--\/------------------------------------------------------------------

Friday, June 12, 2009

MORNING:

"Thou art weighed in the balances and art found wanting."
-- Daniel 5:27

It is well frequently to weigh ourselves in the scale of God's Word.
You will find it a holy exercise to read some psalm of David, and, as
you meditate upon each verse, to ask yourself, "Can I say this? Have I
felt as David felt? Has my heart ever been broken on account of sin, as
his was when he penned his penitential psalms? Has my soul been full of
true confidence in the hour of difficulty as his was when he sang of
God's mercies in the cave of Adullam, or in the holds of Engedi? Do I
take the cup of salvation and call upon the name of the Lord?" Then
turn to the life of Christ, and as you read, ask yourselves how far you
are conformed to his likeness. Endeavour to discover whether you have
the meekness, the humility, the lovely spirit which he constantly
inculcated and displayed. Take, then, the epistles, and see whether you
can go with the apostle in what he said of his experience. Have you
ever cried out as he did-"O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver
me from the body of this death?" Have you ever felt his self-abasement?
Have you seemed to yourself the chief of sinners, and less than the
least of all saints? Have you known anything of his devotion? Could you
join with him and say, "For me to live is Christ, and to die is gain"?
If we thus read God's Word as a test of our spiritual condition, we
shall have good reason to stop many a time and say, "Lord, I feel I
have never yet been here, O bring me here! give me true penitence, such
as this I read of. Give me real faith; give me warmer zeal; inflame me
with more fervent love; grant me the grace of meekness; make me more
like Jesus. Let me no longer be 'found wanting,' when weighed in the
balances of the sanctuary, lest I be found wanting in the scales of
judgment." "Judge yourselves that ye be not judged."

EVENING:

"Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling."
-- 2 Timothy 1:9

The apostle uses the perfect tense and says, "Who hath saved us."
Believers in Christ Jesus are saved. They are not looked upon as
persons who are in a hopeful state, and may ultimately be saved, but
they are already saved. Salvation is not a blessing to be enjoyed upon
the dying bed, and to be sung of in a future state above, but a matter
to be obtained, received, promised, and enjoyed now. The Christian is
perfectly saved in God's purpose; God has ordained him unto salvation,
and that purpose is complete. He is saved also as to the price which
has been paid for him: "It is finished" was the cry of the Saviour ere
he died. The believer is also perfectly saved in his covenant head, for
as he fell in Adam, so he lives in Christ. This complete salvation is
accompanied by a holy calling. Those whom the Saviour saved upon the
cross are in due time effectually called by the power of God the Holy
Spirit unto holiness: they leave their sins; they endeavour to be like
Christ; they choose holiness, not out of any compulsion, but from the
stress of a new nature, which leads them to rejoice in holiness just as
naturally as aforetime they delighted in sin. God neither chose them
nor called them because they were holy, but he called them that they
might be holy, and holiness is the beauty produced by his workmanship
in them. The excellencies which we see in a believer are as much the
work of God as the atonement itself. Thus is brought out very sweetly
the fulness of the grace of God. Salvation must be of grace, because
the Lord is the author of it: and what motive but grace could move him
to save the guilty? Salvation must be of grace, because the Lord works
in such a manner that our righteousness is for ever excluded. Such is
the believer's privilege-a present salvation; such is the evidence that
he is called to it-a holy life.

My Utmost For His Highest : "Getting There"

-/\/\-----------------------------------------------------------------
\ / MY UTMOST FOR HIS HIGHEST -- http://www.heartlight.org/
--\/------------------------------------------------------------------

June 12, 2009

GETTING THERE

Master, where dwellest Thou? . . Come and see.

John 1:39
http://www.SearchGodsWord.org/desk/?query=joh+1:39&sr=1

"They abode with Him that day." That is about all some of us ever do,
then we wake up to actualities, self-interest arises and the abiding
is passed. There is no condition of life in which we cannot abide in
Jesus.

"Thou art Simon, thou shalt be called Cephas." God writes the new
name on those places only in our lives where He has erased the pride
and self-sufficiency and self-interest. Some of us have the new name
in spots only, like spiritual measles. In sections we look all right.
When we have our best spiritual mood on, you would think we were very
high-toned saints; but don't look at us when we are not in that mood.
The disciple is one who has the new name written all over him;
self-interest and pride and self-sufficiency have been completely
erased.

Pride is the deification of self, and this to-day in some of us is
not of the order of the Pharisee, but of the publican. To say "Oh,
I'm no saint," is acceptable to human pride, but it is unconscious
blasphemy against God. It literally means that you defy God to make
you a saint, "I am much too weak and hopeless, I am outside the reach
of the Atonement." Humility before men may be unconscious blasphemy
before God. Why are you not a saint? It is either that you do not
want to be a saint, or that you do not believe God can make you one.
It would be all right, you say, if God saved you and took you
straight to heaven. That is just what He will do! "We will come unto
him, and make our abode with him." Make no conditions, let Jesus be
everything, and He will take you home with Him not only for a day,
but for ever.

HARVEST OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

2 Corinthians 9:9-10

Dear Father, righteous and gracious God,

You are the God about whom it is written, "He scatters abroad, he
gives to the poor, his righteousness endures for ever."

You are the God who supplies seed to the sower, and gives the
harvest of grain for bread, who multiplies my resources and
increases the harvest of righteousness for me. How I thank you and
praise you for this!

In the name of Jesus Christ, the truly generous Savior of mankind,
I pray. Amen.

WJD! -- No Middle Ground -- Matthew 12:30

No Middle Ground

"If a person is not with me, then he is against me. The
person that does not work with me is working against me."

-- Matthew 12:30 (ERV)

KEY THOUGHT:
So often as human beings, we want to do what I call "play in the gray."
Rather than seeing issues as black and white, right and wrong, good and
evil, we often say, "Well, it's not all that cut and dried. It's not
really a black and white issue; it's really more a gray issue." Jesus
does not allow us to "play in the gray" about his identity. If we are
not for him, we are against him. Being lukewarm, undecided,
noncommittal, is simply another way of opposing Jesus. So let's begin
today to daily live with unabashed dedication in our service to the
Lord Jesus Christ!

TODAY'S PRAYER:
Loving and Almighty God, I confess that sometimes I do not want to take
a stand on a controversial issue that might get me criticized or
ridiculed. But today and each day that follows, Father, I want to serve
Jesus without compromise. I don't want to hedge on my devotion and
loyalty to him. As I commit myself to his service, please further
empower me by your Spirit with boldness to clearly, yet sensitively,
proclaim my allegiance to Jesus Christ as my Lord. In Jesus' holy name
I pray. Amen.
