Go Tell Them Something Great
Jesus was preparing to leave in the boat. The man that was
freed from the demons begged to go with Jesus. But Jesus did
not allow the man to go. Jesus said, "Go home to your family
and friends. Tell them about all the things the Lord did for
you. Tell them that the Lord was good to you."
-- Mark 5:18-19 (ERV)
KEY THOUGHT:
Go tell the wonderful things God has done for you! This is not a
command just to legion, but also a command to us! God is merciful! God
has saved us! How can we not share this powerful message with others?
TODAY'S PRAYER:
O God, give my mouth the words to say and a heart full of joy so that I
can be effective in telling others what Jesus has done for me! In
Jesus' name I ask for this grace. Amen.
