Great peace! WOW! I don't know about you, but that phrase excites me.
We live in a world today that is looking for peace. Oh, you can call it contentment, success, adventure, or any other catchy name, but the bottom line is, people are looking for peace. Some turn to drugs looking for peace. Some seek their peace in a bottle, some in a diet or a health club. Many look for peace in bars. Most think more money will bring more peace. We sometimes think our work will bring us peace, or our friends, or even family. Everywhere we turn, people are looking for peace.
Sometimes, if you're like me, you just want to say �let me off this Earth for awhile!�
I need peace! I desperately need peace!
The news of the day is that peace is available, and it is available today! God, the Creator, Sustainer of the Universe, the Author and Title-h older of peace, has made it available to you and to me. Peace is available when we, the children of God, seek Him with all our heart, love His ways, and obey His commands.
Within the confines of a Holy God there is peace! Not just any peace, but GREAT PEACE!
I find comfort in that truth today! How about you?
